Return Policy

Our crew strives to provide the highest quality products and service. It's our hope that you love your purchase but if you don't, we'll make it right. The majority of our products (with the exception of consumables) may be returned for exchange or refund in accordance with the policies set forth below. These policies are subject to change without notice.

 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not allow in-person returns or exchanges. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

GOODS EXEMPT FROM BEING RETURNED

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These are the following goods:

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items.

 

HOW TO COMPLETE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Log into your account here.
  • In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  • Click the order that you want to submit the return or exchange for.
  • If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return or exchange.
  • Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • Click "Submit request".
  • If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. If your refund has still not been processed, contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
